Bloommaze Boutique Hotel Puchong

Comfy bed with 2 pillows and a clean toilet. Most importantly the hotel is surrounded by food and there's also Mr. DIY and 99 Speedmart etc within walking distance.

Broken chair and the table is unstable which is not safe for children. Loud singing from the pub nearby after 9pm til midnight. Hence, not suitable for early/light sleepers.

Location is good.

The room are small and sound proof are poor

The renovation and layout are nice.

There was no staff coverage at night when guests checked in late. We couldn't get the hair dryer after shower, have to sleep with wet hair.

location very convenient

the room a bit dusty, and the carpet is not vacuum properly.. very dusty.. the corner below the curtain also a lot of dirt that did not clean properly. the tower got a bit dirty. the shower tap spoilt and did not get fix

Clean, good location. Pleasant staff.

cleanliness

got other customer smoking in the room, the odour comes to my room, I thought it is strictly non-smoking in room? And customer beside my room bang the door at very early morning at 5am, and make alot noise for quite a long time.the tv of room next to my room turn volumn very loud, whole night long. The noise of water pump also quite disturbing. oh ya, the bathroom water drain very slow, everytime i bath like in a mini swimming pool, must be banjir all the while when I bath.Second time I stayed, and maybe no next time I think.

Spacious and cozy room. Good customer service

Location suitable for non-muslim to eat. Hard to find halal restaurant. Just order via foodpanda

Comfy bed with 2 pillows each and clean room with adequate size which worth the money for a boutique hotel

1) Water dripping from the AC/shower2) One of the cup is leaking3) Room facing back alley with smoke from nearby restaurant/shop4) No lights in the shower room so it's kinda dark

The location is excellent. The chubby Chinese reception is very good and helpful. Their coffee is good.

The rooms are not being cleaned at all for those who stays more than 2 days. Even after requesting for room cleaning but it was not done. Staying 5 nights in a room that was not cleaned is very uncomfortable. Only towel and coffee were replenished only upon request. Air conditioning and TV channels and connection must be improved seriously!

The staff was friendly..The decorations of the room is pretty and was so comfortable..the room was soundproof also..i have a great weekend at your hotel..keep up the excellent work

There was no movie channel and the other channel sometime lost signal..there were 2 cockroach in the room under the closet

The staff very nice and helpful

The room is dirty and the corner side of the room a lot if dust. Some more a lot any cross over the bed

Clean and comfortable room. Drinking water was provided. Deco was nice.

Credit card machine wasn't working. Bedroom slippers weren't provided. One chair's joints were loose. Toilet lights insufficient, sink area was lit, but not the shower area which was very dark. The shower water temp was difficult to adjust, and the shower gel dispenser wasn't working.
